worldserverPID290160 and listeners8085/8087 verified. Existing test plans and
loader targets50/5 per faction retained. Seven targeted regression programs pass.

During the real14:55 cutoff for the15:00 test deadline, native logs show
GROUP_GATHER_START/READY. At14:56,42 distinct bots had both events; remaining bots
were still joining through the staggered loader. Arthoran26 had an explicit
pre-cutoff search walk (no schedule override): safe return,4 completed legs,
GROUP_GATHER_READY. His native status then reported empty micro and
'waiting at group meeting point before departure'. A forced profession_tools
micro command was rejected during the window. These are runtime/log checks,
not visual acceptance of every bot. The subsequent15:00 departure has not yet
occurred at the time of this checkpoint; exact deadline release is tested with
the deterministic production handler and existing schedule handover tests.
