Rejection: `LLM_RESPONSE`. Protocol status: `ERROR` (a successful protocol response may still fail its owning phase).

The response ends after three complete proposal objects with an extraneous character and missing outer closers. Replacing the terminal character with ]} in memory passed the existing hypothesis validator. This is NOT an approved generic repair: completing containers can conceal truncation.
