The lifecycle foundation supports one-pass inbox processing, resumable package
checkpoints and a deterministic generic CaseBuilder. An async LLM gateway and CaseInterpreter
provide interpretation and bounded initial hypothesis generation. Investigation tools, diagnosis,
Change Requests and a continuous analysis worker remain future milestones.
