The reply copied {const:tool} and {const:project.query} into literal action fields, and wrapped the query in choices. It also omitted required offset for database.rows. Multiple contract-description/output confusions; conservative local rejection was correct.

Original request, call record and captured answer bytes are retained. The strict schema is derived from the saved canonical context; no paid API request was made.
