Require 500ms remaining dwell to begin elevator boarding, allow exits at stopped docks without a dwell budget, and preserve journeys across interrupted transitions. Recover elevator passengers to their original destination after five minutes. Add regression coverage and elevator recording documentation. Add native transport recording and execution with grid lifecycle handling, clientless teleport acknowledgements, and regression tests.
